1. Students tell something about Yang Liwei. (Activity 6)
He joined the Chinese Air Force in 1987. Eleven years later, he joined the Chinese ace programme. Five years later, he traveled into ace and became China’s first astronaut.

2) Yang Liwei和the pilot 是同位语，with a wife and a young son介词短语作定语，修饰前面的名词
2. 被动语态的结构“be 及物动词过去分词”，常以动作承受者作为主语。
e.g: The machine is made in China.
3. reach 即可以到达某一地点，又可以达到某一数字。
e.g: They reached a small village.
The temperature reached 40℃.

动词不定式作定语修饰country, after the Soviet Union and the USA可以放在句首或句末。
